Who can access the bus service

The Department for Education (DfE) provides a school bus service to students who live within the Mount Barker surrounds and are eligible to travel to us as their nearest government school.

Eligible students include those who:

• live within the Mount Barker area
• live more than 5km from their nearest government school

Mount Barker High School coordinates the school bus service at no cost to parents.

In addition to these special services, many students commute to Mount Barker High on public transport. For further information on regular bus routes and the Keoride on-demand service, please refer to the Adelaide Metro website at http://www.adelaidemetro.com.au/.
