VEX IQ Robotics

Bringing schools together through robotics

Yesterday, August 6, the VEX IQ Robotics Tournament brought together approximately 85 students and 22 volunteers for an exciting day of innovation, teamwork, and competition.

Teams from Mount Barker High School, Pembroke School, Adelaide Botanic High School, Salisbury East High School, St John’s Grammar School, and Pedare Christian College showcased their engineering and problem-solving skills as they competed for a place in the finals.

Congratulations to Dragon Pulse, recipients of the Judges Award and Robot Skills Champion Award; Pop the Corns, recipients of the Innovate Award; We Thought It Was a Chess Club, recipients of the Design Award; The Procrastinators and South Sigma Boys, recipients of the Teamwork Champion Award; and A Power Outage, recipients of the Middle School Excellence Award.

We thank you our school student volunteers, judges, parents, and staff members whose support helped make the event such a successful day
