Hands-on learning

Our Adelaide Hills Vocational College year 11/12 Integrated Learning students have been busy investigating how global warming impacts our grounds, and what it takes to create a thriving butterfly garden and veggie patch.

By measuring soil moisture, pH and light levels, students are adjusting growing conditions, choosing the right plants, installing new sprinklers and adding mulch to boost soil health.
