- Poultry: Common terminology; Breeds; Chicken anatomy; Eggs - laying process of a hen; Factors affecting egg yolks; Types of poultry production systems; Structure of an egg; Egg handling
- Sheep: Common terminology; Sheep anatomy and physiology; Sheep behaviour; Sheep husbandry and management; Sheep weighing practical
- Dairy Industry: Safety around calves; Daily care on calves; Feeding of calves; Operation of a dairy farm; Careers within the dairy industry; Dairy products and nutrition
- Pigs: Common terminology; Pig breeds; Pig production system (types of housing); Careers in the pig industry; Pig handling; Animal enrichment
