Pathways programs - Vocational Education and Training

 

Our school offers a range of flexible learning options for students to complete VET competencies and qualifications.

Through our on-site facilities, we offer an extensive range of VET courses, such as Electrotechnology, Electronics and Music.  Also, in collaboration with Mount Barker TAFE, we offer Pathways to Aged Care, Pathways to Nursing and Hair and Make-Up Directions.

As part of our membership in the Adelaide Hills Student Pathways (AHSPS), we are able to offer our students an extensive range of VET courses. This partnership provides VET and Industry Pathways Programs (IPP) students with the opportunity to access facilities and courses provided in the Adelaide Hills Trade Training Centre.

Work Experience

Print, complete and sign the Workplace Learning Agreement Form if you are undertaking or planning on undertaking any work experience in 2019 or 2020. 

Please make sure that you complete the appropriate Workplace Learning Agreement form for the relevant year.

Applying to undertake a VET Course in 2020

The following documents need to be read and completed to apply to undertake a VET course in 2020. The documents 1 to 4 need to be completed in the order listed.  Click on the links below.

1.   2020 VET Commitment Letter - print and sign
2.   2020 USI Student Fact sheet - complete and record USI number
3.   2020 AHSP Application and Medical Form - complete, print and sign
4.   2020 Mount Barker High School Student Application - complete, print and sign
5.   2020 VET for Year 10 Students - course information for Year 10 students

If a student is applying for a VET course through TGSS funding they must complete further documents.  Documents 5 to 8 also need to be completed.  Click on the links below.
